Integrous professional with over 30 years of experience in Coaching, Consulting, Mentoring, and Counseling.  The Owner/Founder of Cynthia Howard Consulting (CHC), LLC.  I work with people who are tired of feeling mistreated, unsafe, and judged in their environment AND who desire a safe place to share their feelings openly, conquering everything negative!  A retiree of Pratt & Whitney/United Technologies Corporation after completing 40 years of dedicated service as a Human Resources Professional exceling in Human Resources management, leadership development, staffing & recruitment as well as other HR strategies, programs and processes that drive employee engagement, fulfillment, diversity & inclusion.

I credit this foundation to my unwavering faith in God, and as a result, am very active in church activities serving as Administrator to the Church, Pastor and Youth Department, member of the Church Council and President of the College Assistance Ministry at St. John’s Full Gospel Deliverance Church, Inc.  My ministry and passion is to help people from all walks of life understand and realize their full potential; unlocking their ability to walk in Passion, Preparation, Positioning, Process and Purpose – spiritually, personally, and professionally.

Educational accomplishments include an A.S. in General Studies from Manchester Community College, a B.TH. in Theology from the Teamer’s School of Religion, a B.S. in Business Administration from Eastern CT State University, a MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Doctorate in Christian Counseling (DCC) from Christian Leadership University. 

 

I am a licensed Minister of Christian Counseling in good standing with Communion With God Leaders Network, a Speaker for Ministries of Hope & Love, Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, Power Muzic Radio, and WINN TV-Diversity in the Community, and 100 Women of Color 2021 award recipient.

My husband, Eddie, and I have been blessed with four children, and six grandchildren.
